Blog-a-thon Day 6 (YESSSS!) It's the weekend and the bloggin is easy. Have you ever noticed that some words and images seem to jump out and speak to you? We got to play around with this at the retreat I went to in Taos last weekend.
So here's one I have taken a liking to: Kaizen.
It reminds me of Kyle, who we sometimes call Ky and there happens to be a story about him in Breathe called Zen. Works for me :-) Kaizen (ki-zen): A Japanese word meaning "continuous improvement with small steps" This definitely describes the attitude with which we approach Kyle AND is a great way to approach and celebrate anything we are working on or wanting to create for ourselves. Psst... want to know more about Kaizen, go here "Remember happiness is a way of travel, not a destination." ~~Roy Goodman
