 Blog-a-thon Day 4

Thanks to Kathy for her poetry today.

I See You

 julianna belts out a tune
singing on guitar
   her heart
I take pen and write
she sings, "find me, find me"
and I think
  Yes
I see you
as you, Mark, sitting in the
    Hole
the ebie jiebees claiming you once
   more
the tears to the skin as you
  lash out, looking for
someway to relieve the pain
 I See You
julianna sings, "I seem hard but I shatter
 easily"
like you Mark, you're soul on Fire
 fists to your head
  kicking your leg
pulling at your belly
  I See You
biting your arm
kicking the dirt
looking around for something, anything to
ease the pain
finding a chair, railing it into the fence
 I See You
I keep my distance knowing I'd be easy prey
I reassure you, tell you
 You Can Do it
but you can't hear me
You'e too caught
 too distraught
     but
  I See You
So I ask the question
 what can I do?
What can I do to ease your suffering?
  your pain
I See You Mark
 I See You
and I listen for the song
that will tell me the answer
I watch you
   watching me
and I See You
 I See You...........

The Dream

Somewhere
Someday
 I will meet you
I have seen you
dreamed of you
wanted you
I know you're there
it's just a matter of time
until you come home to greet me
"hello dream"
I will say
so you've finally come to stay
I've been expec
ting you
Welcome!
